DEAR POSPAL CUSTOMERS

Thank you for your support over the past many years.
Pospal Headoffice has decided that Tyro integration and Wechat / Alipay Integration would no longer be free on lifetime accounts and subscription accounts.

While your Pospal account access remains unchanged. However a small fee applies for payment integrations. Self-ordering kiosks are unaffected and you still can use the payment terminals independently without additional charges.

What is going to happen?
• If you wish to continue to use payment integration – $140 inc GST annual fee applies per payment channel. Eg Tyro or Superpay.

• Adyen Payment Eftpos terminal is exempted from payment integration charges. Rates are at 1.5% with $19 per month terminal fee – 1.75% for online payments.

为了持续为您提供更优质的服务，Pospal 总部决定，自即日起，Tyro 集成以及微信/支付宝支付集成将不再包含在永久账户的免费服务范围内。
您的 Pospal 账户使用权限不会发生任何改变，仍可继续免费使用系统核心功能。同时，自助点餐机功能不受影响，您仍可通过支付终端独立完成交易，无需额外费用。
关于支付集成功能：
若您希望继续使用上述支付集成功能，每个支付通道将收取 每年 $140（含 GST）的服务费。Eg Tyro or Superpay.
值得一提的是，Adyen Payment Eftpos 终端仍可免费使用其支付集成功能，当前费率为 1.5%，并收取 $19/月的终端使用费。如使用在线支付服务，则适用费率为 1.75%。
